Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or a no-show will result in a forfeited deposit.
Clients who no-show or cancel less than 24 hours will be required to pay 100% of future appointments upfront in order to rebook.
Deposits are nonrefundable, but may be transferred one time with proper notice.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, it is considered a no show.
